Submit online for supported games, or bring cards in-store for everything else. Please keep your cards in the exact order of your buylist to help us verify quickly.
Rates
Online payouts are higher. Other games are handled in-store and may vary by card. Bulk commons / uncommons are handled separately and do not follow the percentages below.

Processing time: Most orders are processed within 24–48 hours after receipt,
unless there are discrepancies that require confirmation.
How it works
A simple flow, with verification before anything is finalized.
1) Submit your list
- Online: submit through the portal.
- In-store: bring your list and cards to the counter.
- Include game, card name, set code/collector #, rarity, and condition.
2) Keep cards in order
- Keep cards in the exact order of your buylist.
- Sleeve/topload high value cards to prevent damage.
- Clearly mark foils / alternate versions when applicable.
3) Drop off or ship
- Drop off in-store, or ship your cards to our address below.
- We recommend tracking + insurance for higher value submissions.
4) Verification & final total
- We verify condition and accuracy on arrival.
- If anything doesn’t match, we contact you before proceeding.
All buylist requests are subject to review. We must verify cards are authentic and in stated condition.
If there are discrepancies, we will contact you before finalizing the order.

If you’re mailing your buylist, please pack cards tightly to prevent movement during transit. Write “BUYLIST” on the package.

What if my condition/set info is wrong?
We verify everything on receipt. If a card’s condition/edition doesn’t match your list,
we will contact you before proceeding. You can approve adjustments or request returns for affected items.
What if my game isn’t on the online portal?
Bring it in-store. In-store trade-ins for other games use the general rate (55% cash / 65% credit)
and may vary by card and demand.
