Shipping Policy

At the time of purchase, you are agreeing to Game 3's TOS (Terms of Service) and all policies listed on our website.

Game 3 is not liable for Lost in Transit, Stolen, or Misplaced orders.

Manufacture errors such as small tears, separations, of the manufacture shrink wrap is not grounds for refunds, exchanges, or returns. 

1. ORDER FULFILLMENT TIMES

All online orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours, times can vary depending on the time of the year (Christmas/other holidays can cause delays).

2. SHIPPING RATES FOR CANADA

We have different shipping rates for 1) TCG singles and 2) All other orders. Shipping rate will be calculated at the time of checkout. 

2.1. TCG singles

Orders will be shipped in a bubble mailer via Canada Post Standard Lettermail with option for tracking. Shipping rate will be based on regular orders for up to 40 cards or large orders for up to 200 cards - please select the appropriate option at checkout. Oversize orders are subject to additional fees, we will contact you accordingly. 

Disclaimer: If non-tracked option is selected, Game 3 assumes no responsibility for lost lettermail shipment during transit and we will not offer any refunds on the order. 

2.2. All other orders

Parcels will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel with tracking. Express shipping service is available, please select the appropriate option at checkout. 

Free Shipping (Sealed)

Online orders for sealed product totaling $250 or more (before taxes) qualifies for free shipping with tracking anywhere in Canada.

Free Shipping (Singles)

Online orders for singles totaling $125 or more (before taxes) qualifies for free shipping with tracking anywhere in Canada.

3. SHIPPING RATES FOR USA

Orders will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel with tracking. Shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.

Free Shipping

Online orders totaling $250 USD or more (before taxes) qualifies for free shipping with tracking anywhere in USA.

4. IN-STORE PICKUP

In-store pickup orders will be ready within 24-48 hours and will be held for up to 30 days. When picking up your order, you must bring a valid photo-ID to confirm your identity. If you are picking up an order for somebody else, please have the original purchaser email us at info@game3.ca with their order number and the name of the person picking up the order.

5. SALES TAX

All taxes calculated are based on your shipping location. All orders shipped within Canada are subject to applicable GST and PST, or HST.   

6. DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@game3.ca with your order number & pictures of the damage. We will open an investigation with the carrier & process a refund when the investigation concludes. We cannot process refunds in-store for damaged items, we must be re-reimbursed by the carrier before processing a refund. 

7. PRE-ORDERS

All orders containing pre-ordered items will be held until the entire order can be fulfilled. If you wish to receive your order in multiple shipments, email us at info@game3.ca You will be responsible for the multiple shipping costs or you can pick up in-store. 

8. FRAUD PROTECTION

Game 3 may request additional information if we believe an order to be fraudulent before fulfilling the order(s). This is done on a case-by-case basis by our internal fraud system. Game 3 retains the right to cancel or refund any order for any reason.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER FOR ANY REASON. A FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN, IF THE ORDER IS CANCELLED.
