Non-tracked shipping with Canada Post is currently experiencing delays, with delivery times being highly inconsistent. If you need your order quickly, we strongly recommend selecting tracked shipping at checkout.
Please note that we are not responsible for delivery delays and cannot provide updates or information regarding the whereabouts of non-tracked orders.
We offer non-tracked shipping as a cheaper alternative for lower-cost singles orders, but it does come with risks. We are unable to check where the package is, if it's lost, etc. We provide ample warnings about this shipping method, and the buyer assumes any & all risks associated with this delivery type.
We have a strict NO REFUND policy for non-tracked orders since it does not come with any type of insurance, tracking, etc. Please only use this option if you are aware of the risks and the volatile delivery times associated with it. Once the package leaves our facility, we are at the mercy of Canada Post.

We are also aware that Shopify has not been sending confirmation emails for non-tracked orders. We are working on fixing this & will update this section once that is fixed. If you place a non-tracked order & do not get an update email within 48 hours, please reach out to us to confirm. We typically have orders fulfilled within a 48 hour period.
